    This is a STAY-TO-PLAY Event. 

     

    USSSA East has teamed up with HBC Event Services to offer discounted hotel accommodations for this event. This is a STAY-TO-PLAY even and all hotel rooms must be booked through HBC Event Services.

    Teams wishing to opt out of the Stay to Play can do so by paying an additional $625, which is due by June 26th for weeks 1 & 2 and July 3rd for week 3.

  • Event Details

    Teams registering for the 14B division of the Nationals need to be aware that an evaluation process will take place throughout the season leading up to the event to determine the eligibility of their entry in those divisions.  As it happens every year, the classification committee will move teams to the “Open” division where it deems necessary.

    Teams likely to be moved are those whose on-field performance dictates such or those who have little or no USSSA playing experience in the current season.  Teams that are moved to “Open” will have the ability to withdraw with a full refund if they wish by the deadline of June 26th.

    ** 14U “B” division will play a split bracket format

  • Entry Fee

    $685 - $1296

    We are offering teams a single fee entry with an option for a deposit.  This means that everything with your entry fee is managed through your USSSA account.  There are 2 ways that you can enter your team into the event:

    • 1.       Pay the full entry fee and you’re in!  You are good to go and can work on booking your hotels and preparing to take part in this memorable event.
    • 2.       Or you can choose to pay the deposit first and the balance at a later date.  This will hold your spot in the event and the balance due will remain in the cart of your USSSA account.

    The full balance of the entry fee is due by June 26th for Weeks 1 & 2 (10U/11U/12U/13U/14U) and July 3rd for Week 3 (15U/16U/18U).

    Refund Policy

    The withdrawal deadline and the entry deadline are the same.  A team will be given a full refund of the entry fee and if they withdraw on or before the entry deadline of June 26th.

    No refund will be given if a team withdraws after the entry deadline of June 26th.
